The piece of furniture proves that any, and all solid wood pieces can be saved with a little  a lot of elbow grease.  I have to admit, I am a little bit excited beyond thrilled with how this little secretary turned out.  Paint is an amazing thing I tell you!

The only thing I changed in this process was ditching the paintbrush and using a pancake compressor and Paint Sprayer to prime and paint.  BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE... almost!
