DIY Ice Cream Cone Cupcake

These ice cream cone cupcakes are so darling and delicious.  My son was incredibly excited to take them to his preschool classmates.  The best part is how simple they were for mom to make!

Get yourself some ice cream cones.


Fill them about 2/3 the way up with your favorite cake batter.

We used sprinkle cake batter of coarse.


Bake according to the directions on the box or recipe.  I watched them carefully, they actually finished baking a little earlier than the box said they would.  :)


Let your cones cool.

And put a "cherry" on top.  In this case jelly beans did the job.  YUM!
