DIY: Party for a Princess... Tutu Highchair
11:55 AM
This little person just turned one. I am pretty sure that was the fastest year of my entire life. She is an angel sent from heaven above. She is sweeter than cream. I could just gobble her up! For her birthday I decided to make all things pink. One thing that I had a lot of fun doing was decorating her highchair, where she would enjoy her very first birthday cake.
I took about 2 yards of pink tulle and some ribbon and made a tutu around the highchair tray. With help from my trusty hot glue gun I gathered and pieced together the tulle and ribbon. Finally I simply tied the tutu into place. I was pleased with how it turned out. It was just perfect for the princess.
I love this photo that my sister took of her little toes through the tulle! TO DIE FOR!
This princess is one of the three loves of my life! I really can't imagine how I could have survived without her sweet little spirit in my home!
